Exodus 3 / Jeremiah 6                Know, and Ask for

1.   Know the name of the Lord

Know the name of the Lord which is: I am who I am.  Who is He?  He is righteousness, justice, faithfulness and love.  Do not look your own weaknesses and inabilities; but work in strength for God is with you.

2.   Ask for the ancient path

Those who are violent and deceitful, practice detestable conduct, and reject the word of the Lord will be brought down.  Ask for the ancient path, which is the good way.  Whoever walks it, will find rest.

Psalm 53 / Revelation 13:6        Blaspheme, and Be despised

The enemy opens his mouth to blaspheme greatly, and wants to devour God's people.  But God makes the enemy suddenly overwhelmed with dread.  God restores the fortunes of His people and puts the enemy to shame.
