Key Verses     Exodus 21:5-6 / Jeremiah 24:7

Exodus 21 / Jeremiah 24                 Love the Lord, and Return to God

1.   Be willing to the Lord’s slave

If anyone does not want to leave freely because he loves the Lord deeply, one can pierce his ears at the door.  Then he will be the Lord's slave for life.  Those who curse their father or mother, quarrel, fight, rebel and do evil will be punished.

2.    The best vs. the worst

There are two baskets of figs: One is the best; the other the worst.  Those who return to God with all their hearts will be watched over for their good.  He who is stubborn and rebellious will have disasters.

Psalm 71 / Revelation 14:6         Preach forever, and Proclaim extensively

The wicked plan to kill me as I am old and my strength is gone.  Pray to God to increase my honor so that I can declare God's power to the next generation.  Let’s preach gospel on a wing and extensively so that all peoples will be blessed.
