Exodus 31 / Jeremiah 34             Obey vs. Disobey

1.   Obey and rest

The able overseer works according to the patterns instructed by the Lord.  He is filled with the Spirit of God and full of wisdom.  He who obeys can rest and is lack of nothing.

2.   Deserted for disobedience

Those who in high position disobey the Lord's words.  They return to do good, but they change their minds to force people to be slave for their own interests.  Those who rebel the Lord's covenant will be laid waste.

Psalm 81 / Revelation 14:16             Open one’s mouth, and Reap

Be away from other gods and keep God’s ways obediently.  Open wide your mouth and the Lord will fill it up with grace.  The enemy is subdued and His children are blessed.  When the Lord swings His sickle, the harvest is gathered.
