Exodus 33 / Jeremiah 36             Be blessed vs. Be angry at

1.   Seek and Be blessed

He who seeks the Lord's way and denies oneself to obey the command, will find favor with God and God is with him.  God speaks to him face to face, as a man speaks with his friend.  God's hand covers him and show him His goodness.

2.   Resistance and wrath

They showed no fear on hearing the blame of the prophet.  They even burned the scroll and persecuted God’s servant.  They were reckless and dared to resist the truth.  In result, they provoked God to anger, how could they be spared?

Psalm 83 / Revelation 14:18        Remove the enemy, and Gather

The enemy conspire against God's people.  The clusters of grapes are ripe just as the wicked is full of wickedness.  Ask God to stretch out His hand to destroy the enemies--take the sickle to gather the clusters of grapes.
